Pospartum hairloss

im in pospartum stage which i have a hairloss. how to prevent this ? asking help. thanks.

I don't know if napreprevent po siya cause hair loss is normal postpartum. As how my OB explained it is during pregnancy we had minimal to zero hairfall kaya the hairloss we are experiencing post partum is nothing to worry daw.
