Pain & vomiting

Im in my 34 weeks. Last night i was having such a bad lower back pain and slight cramps that felt like period and it kept coming like waves but it was okay after a while and through the night. Today morning i woke up gasping for air that i keep vomiting and now my throat hurts. Has anyone encountered the same? Should i be worried? Should i go to the doctor? Will my gynae charge me extra for consultation?
