I'm in my 33 weeks. Okay lang po ba na mag lakad2 early in the morning exercise daw po para preparation pag manganganak na ako.

Yes okay lang. Pag mga 37-40 weeks pwede din squats lalo na if mag NSD ka
pwde po pero dahan dahan muna since wala pa sa full term na 37 weeks
