Hi, I'm hungry all the time but I don't knw what snacks I can noom n bb not put on too much weight . Any healthy snack suggestion/recommendationladies ?
Baby is too big at 32 week, so have to watch my carbs n sugar intake ( I dint take alot usually to begin w :( now I'm at lost what to eat or even drink) I did not put on weight this 1 mth but seems like baby sucking my weight and growing haha
usually 1 day max 1 sweet treat ( eg choc muffin or 2 slice of Nutella bread , n 1 cup of 100plus)
Usually take brown rice at home for dinner, and really 1/4 bowl only.
Weebits w some fruit n low sugar soy milk for bf
Random hawker center lunch ( noodle soup etc)
Home cook dinner w brown rice most of e time
