filling but not too high calorie foods include eggs, popcorn, greek yoghurt (plain), simple bean soups or bean salads, veggies and fruits with fiber or water content (but not too sweet) like apple, celery, cabbage, cucumber, starfruit, nuts (in moderation, without too much flavoring) - like almonds.

u can take some nuts? baked or plain walnuts, almonds, don’t get those salted or roasted ones. or plain yogurt and put fresh fruits like strawberries blueberries

Snacks can consider fruits ? Or eat the same portion and add on more vegetables ? Drink more plain water so you can feel more full .

Have oats. Don’t sweeten it too much
