im heading back to work soon..i would like to know how many ice packs is sufficient to safely transport chilled ebm back home? my travelling time only max below 1 hour from fridge to fridge...i got the daiso ice packs and container type. how do i know the temperature is optimum? for cooler bag, is the daiso kind sufficient if i put ice block and ice packs? do i need to wrap the ice packs around each individual bottles? thanks in advance!

The blogger provided photos of how she lined her insulated lunch bag with the ice packs from Daiso for transporting her EBM home. Her trip home is between 30-45 mins). Hope this helps!! :)
