im heading back to work soon..i would like to know how many ice packs is sufficient to safely transport chilled ebm back home? my travelling time only max below 1 hour from fridge to fridge...i got the daiso ice packs and container type. how do i know the temperature is optimum? for cooler bag, is the daiso kind sufficient if i put ice block and ice packs? do i need to wrap the ice packs around each individual bottles? thanks in advance!

My friend learned how to do this from this post: http://estella.sg/daiso-singapore-21-favourite-buys/ You can scroll to number 19 and 20. The blogger provided photos of how she lined her insulated lunch bag with the ice packs from Daiso for transporting her EBM home. Her trip home is between 30-45 mins). Hope this helps!! :)

wow okay thanks alot!

I bought the lunch box size cooler bag and 2 thinner ice blocks from Daiso. With the ice blocks on each side, it allows space for up to 4-5 bottles (depending on your milk bottles). This is sufficient to keep the ebm cool for up to 2hrs from fridge to fridge.

for me, as long as the milk is still cold after reaching home.. i will keep it inside fridge for next day use..

thanks for your reply! as long as still cold so dont really have to care about the optimum temperature? eg in fridge temp etc?
