I'm having twins and I am really nervous that something is going to happen to then I'm already 10 weeks when should I not worry as much !?!

Anxiety attacks? Could that be it? It would be helpful for you to be able to recognise what anxiety is and how it works. What other symptoms have you along with the feeling? Try deep breathing exercises, warm baths help too. Most importantly for me, positive thoughts, our mind constantly needs to be reassured and disciplined. Cheers
