SLEEP AT NIGHT

I'm having trouble sleeping at night, what suggestions or tips can you tell me?

Remove all distractions including your phone. Try drinking hot milk before going to bed. And don’t think too much. Pray always. If you’re stressed inhale exhale... Maaga ka than usual pumwesto sa bed to sleep para maset yung mind and body mo. Tas gawin mo syang routine para masanay maging body clock mo na din.

Masanay kna ganyan tlga kaya dapat pag inaantok ka itulog muna sya agad pra mkbawi ka ng tulog at masasanay ka din kapag un lagi mo gngawa..

Ako tumitingin lang sa Kisame namin ng walang iniisip ayun tulog na ako hahaha

Iwas sa nuod sa tv at sa cellphone bago matulog. Mkinig sa music.
