Hi, I took a 16 hours flight when I was in Week 5 and was ok. Remember not to carry any heavy stuff. Dont be embarrassed to ask for help. For example, lifting your luggage off the conveyor belt. You may wish to bring a travel pillow for your back if you are experiencing ache/ for greater comfort. All the best, have a safe flight!
Yes I took a flight a week 7/8 . I think don’t carry heavy bags and take it easy. Just pace yourself as you walk too. Don’t rush :)
