Hi I'm a first time mom and nasa 3rd trimester na po Ako, 34 weeks and 4 days to be exact, need ko na ba maglakad lakad? My times Kasi na tinatamad Ako bumangon ng 5am

Mas okay po pag 37weeks na kayo mag start maglakad or mag exercise po like squats kasi fully developed na ang baby pag 37 weeks onwards.☺️
Advice sakin 37weeks. Pero magstart ka na na 36weeks
