Hello! I’m in the exact situation as you. But thankfully my husband is super firm with his dad. After my pregnancy announcement to his family at w12, He insist his dad to go down for his smokes even i’m home/not home. Your husband needs to step up and protect you and your child. My husband will scold (quite jialat) him if he caught him smoking at home. Not sure if the “scolding” works for your family? Husband needsssss to do something ok? Take care!!! ❤️
tbh I don't think u have a choice here.. the house belongs to ur in-laws, ur fil has already tried to adapt by smoking outside when ure home. u can try voicing out to him again that it's bothering u because u care about ur baby's health alot, but ultimately it's their house. maybe u can try to rent a room while waiting for ur new place.
Its ur in-laws house. Your FIL can do whateverhe wants in his own home. I think its quite considerate of him already to smoke outside when you’re around. you n hubby need to move out if its bothering you
