I'm currently considering options for my birthing plan. Can anyone suggest a gentle birthing measure/option so I can consider adding it in my list?

Hiring a duola will help. My wife had a safe and easy labor when she was assisted by a duola. It's a bit pricy, but it will surely help. Duolas will help you as well from the very start until delivery. They will guide you on what to do's and what not to do's. They also provide you books and reading materials that will benefit and give you a healthy pregnancy.
