I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and every night I had a hard time to go to bed. Will stay awake till 6-7am in the morning then only able to sleep cause getting really tired. This is cause my legs has this feeling of being pulled when I'm dozing off. Sometime my husband will help me to massage my lower leg and the feeling will disappear but recently even massage also this just won't go away. I don't drink milk and only supplement I took is gestacare prescribe by doctor. Is is because of low calcium intake? How to solve this problem?

16weeks here., gatorade mommy plus ung vitamins for calcium..mhina rin kc lower leg ko., I don't drink milk kc..

oo sis., effective sakin eeh., dahil ata sa electrolyte.. just drink moderate..safe nman sa preggy..

same here..ang hirap makatulog..pero dahil naman sa itchiness ng tummy ko at balakang..ang weird ng pakiramdam..

stop eating salty at always drink pure coconut water to avoid uti

try sleep on your left and elevate your legs with cushions
