Birdnest

I'm currently on 10weeks now, my mil made birdnest for me to drink, not suppose to have it at 1st trimester right? What will happen if I take it? How to reject her? :/

In take one per/week with small amount, steam with ginger. It’s best to take from 20 weeks above. I take 3 time per/week since week 20.
