Birdnest

I'm currently on 10weeks now, my mil made birdnest for me to drink, not suppose to have it at 1st trimester right? What will happen if I take it? How to reject her? :/

No problem. It’s just that bird nest is more effective when u take from final trimester to nourish baby complexion. Bottled bird nest not so good. Own double boiled bird nest is better. :)
