If Anyone Knows This Case, Pls Help

I'm bearing twins. They're of 12 weeks gestation (AOG) but the fetus size (CRL) is 6 weeks 1 day and its twin is 6 weeks 3 days. But it's so heartbreaking to have found out they have no heartbeat? I still have my hopes up, I say to myself that it's possible kasi 6 weeks pa lng at hindi pa siguro ma detect ang heartbeats nila so I keep on using progesterone. And I still pray that there will be no complications anymore.
