36+4weeks Admitted at KKH for contractions

Hi, I’m admitted to monitor contractions as it’s very frequent. But haven dilate.. Dr say not ready yet.. but the contractions are frequent.

If you can walk, do walk around. Helps to dilate. Or do squat. Whichever is possible for you.
