Pregnant, but no signs and symptoms?

Im on my 8 weeks now pero ibang iba sya sa 1st pregnancy ko na halos sa cr na ako tumambay kakasuka. The only sign na meron ako is tenderness of my breast lang na sobrang sakit pag nadidikitan but aside dun wala na. Yesterday was my 1st schedule for trans v ultrasound and found out na wala pa dw heartbeat si baby. Sobrang nanlulumo ako. Waiting for another week and I will try another ultrasound again. Anyone na nakaexperience din?
