Contractions

I'm 8 months pregnant and I am experiencing contractions. My doctor gave me meds already. I just want to know if you guys experienced it as well and how you guys kept calm through it. I'm getting a bit worried about it because my mom keeps on telling me na "baka manganak ka nang wala sa oras". ?

May tinatawag na Braxton Hicks contractions during 3rd trimester. Its normal and nothing to worry about. Thats the way of your body to prepare for the real labor.
