Contractions

I'm 8 months pregnant and I am experiencing contractions. My doctor gave me meds already. I just want to know if you guys experienced it as well and how you guys kept calm through it. I'm getting a bit worried about it because my mom keeps on telling me na "baka manganak ka nang wala sa oras". ?

May tinatawag na Braxton Hicks contractions during 3rd trimester. Its normal and nothing to worry about. Thats the way of your body to prepare for the real labor.

Keep calm, and know that everything will be alright dear. Just follow your OBs advise, bed rest if needed and kausapin mo din si baby.
