Pangangssim ng sikmura

I'm 7 weeks preggy. Mga mamsh ask ko lang po kung ano ginagawa nyo pag nangangasim/humahapdi ang sikmura nyo? Meron ba kayong iniinom or kinakain? Para mabawasan yung sakit? Salamat

Try eating a banana and drink alkaline water (like Nature’s Spring). Sabi alkaline daw helps counter acidity. Well that’s what I did. Worth a try :)
