I'm 4 days delayed for the very first time. I feel some early signs of pregnancy. I will wait pa po ba ng a week before taking pregnancy test? Thank you so much!

ako s 7th day delay ko nag pt n ako. mas makkuha mo daw un result 60% accuracy if umaga mo gagawin un pagkagising mo at unang ihi mo. ayun ginawa ko. so far tama nman ang naging result sakin. now im 12wks 6days preggy.
