Help get into labour (38w4d)

I'm 38w4d and doc asked me to climb staircase which I've been doing since ystd and doing squats whenever I can. What else can I do induce labour ? I need this baby to get out soon. Thanks mummies!

Ever lost 2. Blessed to be a mother of 2 princess.

Just continue to do the current squats & walking. It took me 2 weeks of walking & squats before I was dilated 2cm.
