week 6 day 3

Hello , im 38 my first born is turning 13....after 11 years of waiting after my ectopic pregnancy to my second child , now i am 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant. i had my transv last time and the ob said they couldnt see my baby and maybe hiding in a mass near my right fallopian tube.I am so sad to know... Am i really pregnant or probably another ectopic case.pls pray for me. I am praying and i know theres aleays a miracle if Only God permits???
