Your baby will be fine. At least your baby is above 2kg. Some will recommend to eat durian but do avoid if you have gestational diabetes. I will go for materna milk instead and it's good to drink since you don't have appetite. Drink twice a day. It really helps my fetus to gain weight! Or avocado shake. But I'll just go for materna milk. Easier.

Actually if the mummy has GD, then she should avoid those pregnancy mama milk. Cause it contains sugar too. Can try other foods like beef, salmon, avocado etc
