35 weeks and having backpain

Im 35 weeks and my left back part of my body is vey painful.Cant sit properly or lay on my left side.When walking im struggling too.Any advice? Thank you

you may want to check with your gynae. i had back pain at 26 weeks, they gave me ointment to massage my back.
