Hey mama, Sorry I misread your post…ooops I’m sorry to hear that you’re not feeling well. Panadol is fine and as for vomiting, was there something you had that didn’t sit well with you? Don’t think it’ll affect baby much but do keep hydrated and see a doc if you need to. Take care mama!

having fever isn't good during pregnancy as it could affect fetus. my gynae told me to take normal panadol should there be any fever to help keep the temp in bay. suggest you to visit A&E and get yourself and fetus checked ASAP to avoid anything serious.

vomitting is normal anytime cn occur. fever sometimes due to hormones our body tend to be warm. but keep a look out. if youre feeling unwell, do go down to A&E to check or GP. meanwhile count ur baby kicks too.
