At 34 weeks pregnant with a transverse baby, there is still a possibility that the baby may turn head down before birth. Babies can move around quite a bit in the womb, and it's not uncommon for them to switch positions even in the later stages of pregnancy. Here are a few things you can try to encourage your baby to turn head down: 1. Pelvic tilts: Perform pelvic tilts to help create more space for the baby to turn. 2. Spinning Babies techniques: Look into exercises and techniques from Spinning Babies that may help encourage optimal fetal positioning. 3. Swimming: Gentle swimming can help create a buoyant environment that may encourage the baby to move. 4. Visit a chiropractor or a prenatal yoga instructor who is experienced in helping with fetal positioning. If the baby remains transverse closer to your due date, your healthcare provider may discuss options such as a planned cesarean section depending on the circumstances. It's essential to stay in touch with your healthcare provider to monitor the baby's position and discuss the best course of action. Please consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice and guidance tailored to your specific situation. https://invl.io/cll6she
