At 34 weeks pregnant with a transverse baby, it is common for babies to change position multiple times before birth, including flipping head down. There is still time for your baby to reposition themselves before delivery. Here are some suggestions to encourage your baby to move head down: 1. Opt for positions that encourage optimal fetal positioning, such as spending time on your hands and knees, sitting on a birth ball, or doing pelvic tilts. 2. Regularly practice exercises like the cat-cow stretch or the knee-to-chest exercise to create more space for the baby to turn. 3. Consider seeking chiropractic care or acupuncture from professionals who specialize in pregnancy to help with optimal fetal positioning. 4. Consult with your healthcare provider to discuss techniques like the Webster Technique or external cephalic version if needed. 5. Stay active with gentle exercises like walking or swimming to keep your body and baby in motion. 6. Try playing music or using a flashlight near the lower part of your belly to encourage the baby to move towards the sound or light. Remember, if you have any concerns or if your baby remains transverse closer to your due date, your healthcare provider will guide you on the best course of action. It's essential to stay positive and communicate openly with your healthcare team throughout this process. https://invl.io/cll6she
