Movements hurting baby?

I'm at 31 weeks and so paranoid that any of my movements will affect baby. Like when I toss and turn in my sleep. And when I'm putting on pants or bottoms, my stomach will fold on itself and I'm scared this will hurt him.

Baby is well protected. You will be surprised how many babies are fine and healthy with moms who did hard labour, had accidents or in a physical abused relationships. Normal everyday movements are definitely safe. ❤️

Humans would be extinct if the unborn baby is so fragile that a mother can't go about normal activities for 9 months. Don't worry about it, there's a lot of amniotic fluids protecting them!

Don’t worry, baby is well protected unless we are talking about you accidentally hit onto your tummy

You're fine ❤️ However, the anxiousness is not good for you and your baby! Try to relax okay?

Don't worry and it's normal to feel this way. amniotic fluids are protecting your baby.

Hi mummy, don’t worry too much. They are well protected inside :)
