Exercises during 3rd trim

I’m 28w now and I’m trying to find some exercises to keep myself active for a smoother labour. What did you all do to stay active? Other than home exercises eg yoga because I prefer to go outdoors for fresh air. I love cycling and have been consistently doing so from pre pregnancy till end of 2nd trim but my husband is super against me cycling from 3rd trim onwards because he’s worried :(

Pls dont cycle when youre pregnant. Very risky. Can try going for walks, or even swimming!
