Consider ok. 3m plus to go. Monthly gain 1 kg is ok. Avoid supper. Don’t over eat. Eat 3 meals per normal plus fruits. If u hungry , fruits or healthy snacks

Try to eat smaller 6 meals instead of 3 meals. Try to walk after eating. Because by 3rd trimester you will gain about 600g a week.
