low lying placenta

I'm 25weeks pregnant and my problem is I have a low lying placenta ,I'm nervous ,what should I do ,or any suggestions

Same here po.bed rest lang po ako kahit na inip na inip na bed rest parin.nag bebleeding din po ba kau?
