Meron dito sa app mamsh na options for foods and nutritions, makikita mo mga pwede sa preggies. Pero kung may sakit ka like diabetes syempre iwas sa sweets. Stay away from stress mamsh and maganda kung alam ng mother mo or ng biyenan mo para maguide ka nila ng hands on. 🙂 Kung nasa 1st trimester ka pa lang dyan mo mararanasan yung morning sickness and malaki yung chance dito ng miscarriage kaya stay away sa mabibigat na gawain and stress. Always magpacheck up sa OB and pray. 🙂

Eat healthy momsh. Sleep early. Avoid too much sweets, salty food and drink plenty of water. For sure wala kang pagsisihan paglabas ni baby at walang guilt ☺️ Most importantly, pray for u and ur baby's safety. Good luck momsh.
