Im 19 weeks pregnant, can i know when will the baby start to kick? Usually at what weeks will i start to feel it? This is my first pregnancy ?

I'm 19weeks pregnant pero hndi ko parin maramdaman pag kick ni baby 😕kaya every morning pag gising ko pinapakiramdaman ko heartbeat niya.
