Im 19 weeks pregnant, can i know when will the baby start to kick? Usually at what weeks will i start to feel it? This is my first pregnancy ?

I started feeling at 16 weeks. It felt like little worms moving under my hand when i touch it. Can only be felt by hand. Now at 19 weeks, i can feel a big ball-like thing pushing my tummy from the inside. Also pushes my hand and such
