Brown spotting

Hi, im 19 weeks pregnancy, last night i have brown spotting, not much, its to little. Ehat should i do? Should i worry? The spotting already stop.

same with me..but I have the brown spotting after taking a 'poo'. And I always having hard time to do that cause I have 'sembelit' since I was a kid. so I don't know where the brown spotting came from.. should I go to clinic?
