Ganyan din po ako around 13-20 weeks ko po. Inform your OB and do your best to eat healthy food po kahit po no appetite. Babalik din appetite mo po hopefully in the middle of second trimester. 🙂

Pilitin niyo padin po kumain kahit pakonti konti lang. eat fruits and veggies din po and drink plenty of water.
Normal po yan. Sobrang di rin ako makakain. Try your best to eat po para may lakas ka pa din.

Normal po yan mommy. Kain suka din po ako before. Babalik din yan after first trimester mo.
