can i drink coconut

I think it's depending on how your body feel. As Chinese belief, we tend to skip anything too cooling during first and second trimester to avoid risk of miscarriage. But if u feel the needs of drinking coconut water, perhaps a glass instead of one whole coconut. I personally didn't feel the need of drinking coconut water not until I entered third trimester when my body feel too heaty e.g. having constipation problem and hemorroid, so I end up drinking one whole coconut every alternate day to ease my heatiness problem and surprisingly it did help..I'm on 34 weeks now and still drinking fresh coconut water every alternate day and there is no constipation anymore..
