Scared CS Mom FT

Im 1 week postpartum from CS, and light bleeding lang meron ako but kanina, I was having a hard time pooping kasi matigas sya. I tried to push it out at napasobra yata force ko to push * but i keep my incision secure by holding a bolster on it for support* and what happen was after I push it out nagka bleeding ako like fresh blood. Then, after nun everytime I went to pee medyo madami ng fresh blood na lumalabas at may kaunting blood clots. Is it normal for us CS moms? Natatakot po ako. Medyo masakit din po puson ko. Please help.
