Folic acid MG/MCG

Ilang MG/MCG po ng folic acid ang tinetake nyo? 9weeks preggy po ako. Salamat sa sasagot.

Hi mii yung sakin kasi is folic acid with vitamin B complex yung nireseta ng OB ko but I know it’s 5mg per capsule. 8 weeks here.
