Iinumin po ba yan tatlong piraso ng gamot everyday?

Usually isang beses sa isang araw lang po ang mga gamot na yan.

yes. with interval, hindi sabay-sabay.

as advised by my OB, take calcium and multivitamins after breakfast. take iron 1hour to 30minutes before lunch. if masakit sa tiyan, atleast 5minutes before lunch.
