Can I use the same bottle in different pumping sessions in a day?

If I will be pumping while working in office (3 or 4x sessions), can i use the same bottle and what's the usual method for cleaning the pumping tools? Do I need to sterilize for every use? Please advise, thank you in advance.

Can just put in containers or ziplock..put in fridge.. then use till the end of the day then go home wash and sterile it

I usually just pour hot water to wash abit.. then put it in ziplock for next use..
