Can I use the same bottle in different pumping sessions in a day?

If I will be pumping while working in office (3 or 4x sessions), can i use the same bottle and what's the usual method for cleaning the pumping tools? Do I need to sterilize for every use? Please advise, thank you in advance.

Can.. but the time the milk got to use if it's not frozen.. will be taken at the 1st pump.. like 1st pump is 10am and have to finish by 3th day 9.59 am.. 2nd pump also will be at 9.59am instead of the next timing of pump..

Can just put in containers or ziplock..put in fridge.. then use till the end of the day then go home wash and sterile it

    I usually just pour hot water to wash abit.. then put it in ziplock for next use..

    i have a tupperware to keep everything, and keep in the fridge in between pumps
