If your menstruation is irregular, you might have a PCOS. Meaning, you are not ovulating regularly so it would be tricky to get pregnant. I recommend visiting an OB to have a Transvaginal Ultrasound to make sure if you have PCOS and she can advise on what is best for you esp. if you are trying to get pregnant. 😇
