If you have gestational diabetes please don't take duphalac (it will increase sugar)instead try the below foods which has high fibre content and also a natural remedy
Have millets in your food to avoid constipation (should be taken only after 5 months)
*Kodo millet
*Little millet
These 2 are good for gestational diabetes
And also drink jeera water on empty stomach in the morning hope these helps for constipation for all the pregnant woman here;-)
