Put the head up side try to put some ice at nose it may help .. better show to doc after 1st aid

You can tilt the nose a bit and wait till nose bleeding stops.

lean forward & pinch the nose to contract the blood vessels

Make him lie down and sprinkle cool water on his head

See a doctor immediately.

Does it bleed frequently?
