If you are able to handle the finacial burden of two cars, it's ok. If both partners uses the car alot and frequently, it's a necessary then it's ok. If not, stick to one as economy isn't good lately though. Try to save as much as possible for rainy days

It depends on the purpose. If one car is being used by your husband for work or business, I'd say yes it is ideal. There should be one car available at home so you can use it especially for medical emergencies.
If you have the budget and need for it, let's say for business, it should be ok. But for personal use only and medyo tight ang budget, I guess it isn't practical.
Practically speaking, hindi po kase ang mahal ng rehistro, gas, quarterly maintenance, toll at parking.
If you can, up to you. Your money. If you are barely able to maintain it, then you know what to do.
If you are able to comfortably afford it and need two cars then go ahead. Otherwise don't.
What's wrong in maintaining more than 2 cars.
