Maternity Benefit

Hi, I am a working soon-to-be-mama. And I am preparing as to how much I am entitled to. Pwd bang e advance ng employer ang mat benefit ? Kasi ayaw kasi mag advance ng employer namin unless nakapag process kana ng Mat 2 sa SSS. Per Dole is 105 days naman po equivalent ng benefit di po ba ? So it's really not mandatory na e advance ng employer before leave ?

It will depend on the company's policy. Some company, pag balik mo pa talaga after mo mag ML. On our company's policy half of the benefit will be given to me two weeks before my delivery date, then the other half after my maternity leave. :-) they provided me with a computation as well.
